CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

All products purchased from Aghaaz By MR can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is not the same item you actually purchased.
  

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to Aghaazbymr@gmail.com or contacting our support team if you wish to raise a dispute. At Aghaaz By MR, we review each case individually and aim to provide a fair resolution for our customers.

A replacement will be sent in case a defective, faulty, or damaged item is shipped. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defective item within 4 days of purchase before any claim can be processed.

There are certain scenarios where returns & exchanges may not be supported, including but not limited to the following:

• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  
• The product is damaged because of use.
  
• The product has been tampered with.
  
• Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.
  
• Fragrances and undergarments can only be exchanged if delivered damaged.
  
• Exchanges during sale are only applicable for the same item purchased. If the originally ordered product is out of stock, the exchange cannot be processed.
  

Aghaaz By MR does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT AGHAAZ BY MR?

Deliver the package to our warehouse using any courier service most convenient for you. As soon as we receive the package, we will process your exchange request.

A delivery fee of 250 PKR will be collected as Cash on Delivery (COD) for the exchanged products.
